A reputable and well-known Irish retail brand is looking for an eCommerce & Digital Manager to power the future growth of their retail and revenue channels. After a period of extraordinary growth, the company is looking to consolidate the results with high-quality eCommerce and digital channels.  

What do they need you to do? Ensure our client's websites and eCommerce pages are high-performing, attractive and optimised. You’ll be in charge of managing, forecasting and delivering great KPIs from both a strategic and a hands-on point of view. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensuring that eCommerce & Digital KPIs are met across the brand’s high-performing main websites.  
  • Delivering the full customer journey and associated KPIs including acquisition, conversion, retention and boosting AOV, across main channels (paid search, email, organic search, social media and affiliates). 
  • Managing website SEO, content and functionality to ensure optimisation. 
  • Managing eCommerce and digital marketing budgets for maximum ROI/ROAS. 
  • Improving web channel optimisation through effective merchandising, conversion and overall customer experience. 
  • Overseeing commercial performance, including forecasting eCommerce performance metrics. 
  • Identifying improvements to the websites, and handling website and digital project developments, budgets, and external agencies. 
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis and benchmarking performance. 
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Developing eCommerce and Digital team and overseeing day-to-day activities. 
  • Managing internal comms to ensure relevant stakeholders are updated on eCommerce & Digital objectives. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in an online marketing environment, ideally B2C or retail. 
  • Commercial acumen, with confidence using Google Analytics or similar 
  • You’ll have a strong working knowledge of e-commerce technologies and proven track record of managing/developing website/ecommerce functionality and digital applications. 
  • Experience managing budgets, technical teams and third-party suppliers 
  • Proven success delivering online content strategy 
  • You’ll be very customer orientated and sensitive to different customer groups and segments. 
  • Confident with forming and driving strategy but also comfortable with a hands-on approach. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build great relationships cross functionally. 
  • You should be motivated, flexible and take a positive attitude to your responsibilities.  
  • Highly organised - able to work to tight deadlines with multiple projects. 
  • You’ll have a passion for innovation and productive change
