What do they need you to do? This is a fantastic role for an accomplished social media expert – you’ll be developing the company’s global following and brand awareness alongside amazing creative and marketing teams. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, a variety of projects and you will gain amazing experience across the board in a fast-growing company.

  • Developing, implementing and owning the company’s global social strategy – you'll be a key part of the brand’s international expansion.  
  • Collaborating and influencing other group-level departments to find relatable, engaging content and copy that showcases the brand perfectly to broadcast across the company’s channels.  
  • Managing day-to-day campaigns and calendars for web content and email sendouts, as well as updating website content.  
  • Delivering monthly KPI reports, translating them into clear strategy and actionable work for group-level teams and the rest of the business. You’ll also be making recommendations based on your keen analysis and company needs.  
  • Ensuring excellent ROI with frequent monitoring and tracking of their own and competitors’ campaigns. 
  • Creating and managing collaborations and partnerships with influencers; leading on innovation, liaison and reporting on collaboration success/effectiveness.  
  • You’ll also be the company reference point for emerging social media trends and platforms, and have responsibility for creating strategy when these provide business opportunities. 
  • Ensuring that creative outputs are brand-aligned, innovative and relevant, and also presenting these outputs to other departments and stakeholders. 


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an in-house social strategy role.  
  • You’ll be an expert storyteller with deep experience in creative, multi-channel social campaigns for multiple territories with localisation.  
  • Proven experience/portfolio of content creation across digital, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok.  
  • Advanced writing and communication skills, with experience managing varied online media and different team levels.  
  • Social-first creativity and experience in effective campaigns and content with a deep understanding of various platforms.  
  • You’ll have a keen interest in the social landscape and keep a keen eye on trends and social and digital innovations.  
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media analytics, creative apps (Videoshop, Unfold, etc.) and content management platforms (Later, Planoly, Asana etc.).  
  • Confidence working with and successfully managing influencers, advocates, or brand ambassadors as part of a creative campaign.  
  • You’ll also have top-notch analytical and research skills to draw out insights to inspire innovation in both campaigns and content.  
  • Outstanding skills in organisation, budget and time management, and problem-solving.  
  • You should also have an impressive personal social media presence.
