What do they need you to do? They’re looking for an outstanding client services candidate to expertly manage the broad range of activation tools and analytics, maintain, problem solve, and improve the current strong client experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated customer success manager to join an innovative, culture-focused company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction on 3 to 5 key accounts. 
  • Managing and revising client goals, and allocating the resources needed to deliver them.
  • Collaborating with different company teams to define strategies and road maps, and deliver client results. 
  • Working with clients to manage the book of business, including deep dive meetings, progress reports, making strategic and tactical decisions recommendations and make suggestions on new product offerings. 
  • Leading marketing activation and analytics for both departments and clients.
  • Managing client requests and bridge technical implementations from internal technical teams. 
  • Using reporting tools to keep client up to date on all activities and advise on optimization and strategy.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years’ working in Martech and automation, with strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Extensive experience in a client-facing/account management role, and with proactive and reactive work.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish would be a plus).
  • You’ll be business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills, with examples of strong results from previous projects.
  • Advanced communication & presentation skills
  • You’ll be super organised, and a quick learner who works well under pressure
  • Past record in publishing, Finance and/or digital marketing would be a plus. 
  • Confident in building and maintaining relationships, expectations, and identifying issues that require escalation
