What do they need you to do? You’ll be in charge of the brand’s digital marketing campaigns – creating exciting and impactful campaigns covering web, SEO, email, paid ads and email marketing. Outstanding design and social media required, as well as excellent marketing experience.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and planning digital marketing campaigns: web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and other advertising. 
  • Strategising and launching B2C demand campaigns in target markets, optimising them to ensure pipeline and revenue targets are beaten. 
  • Managing omnichannel campaigns – updates, design, UX; everything. 
  • Use metrics and our suite of tools to measure performance against ROIs and KPS – and then optimise again.  
  • Lead on the website design and UX and maintain the currency of the content with their internal teams. 
  • You’ll also be in charge of creating and executing the marketing and editorial calendars and implementing the omnichannel social media work. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to assist with nurturing leads, accelerating pipelines and revenue growth. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience, either agency or in-house. 
  • Track record in impactful multichannel strategies covering: email, influencers, affiliates, PPC and SEO, social media and digital channels. 
  • Experience in drawing up and driving marketing plan strategy, as well as campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
  • You’ll also need experience working on creator-centred platforms such as YouTube, TikTok or Patreon.
  • You’ll have excellent project management, analytical and reporting skills, and the experience to implement insights and recommendations. 
  • Advanced expertise of HTML and CSS. 
  • Fantastic communication and personal skills needed to work with a selection of influencers and creatives. 
  • You’ll be up-to-date with social media and creator trends, and have an excellent of grasp of how people interact with content from your previous experience. 
  • A strong social media presence, as well as a good understanding of the YouTube algorithm will also work in your favour.
