  • Designing, planning and implementing the company’s digital strategy across video, display and paid social verticals to meet annual revenue targets and optimise budgets and CPAs across the UK, European and North American campaigns.
  • Tracking and analysing multiple digital campaigns through detailed reporting to propose optimisations. 
  • Managing digital channel integration and ensuring transparency in networks, content and brand safety. 
  • Overseeing creative and media execution and delivery, also with media agency leads, to ensure campaigns meet company best practices and KPIs.  
  • Collaborating with internal business teams e.g. campaign managers, brand team, design and content teams to coordinate, plan and delivery impactful digital activity.
  • Leading on digital innovation and trends, applying new tech and recommending new initiatives to meet and exceed company KPIs.  


  • Minimum 6+ years relevant marketing experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Evidence of impactful digital marketing results. 
  • You’ll be passionate about multi-channel digital marketing.
  • Experience with standard marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.). 
  • You’ll be excellent at managing external suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Confidence in managing channels for strategy and development, as well as  related technology and tracking. 
  • Experience in delivering top-level change projects in large organisations is essential. 
  • Confidence in working in a complex, multi-skilled environment and managing analysis, execution, performance and customer needs. 
  • Complete professional fluency in English required and right to work in the EU.
  • Experience working with Boxever and Bannerflow is a plus.

  • Due to the nature of the position, a 5-year background check will also be required for both Irish and non-Irish citizens.
