PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing, planning and implementing the company’s brand strategy ensuring top levels of visibility and affinity.
  • Building and meeting demanding KPIs. 
  • Coordinating with other company teams, such as commercial, operations, retail and customer experience to deliver the annual operating plan. 
  • Collaborating with media and PR agencies and developing relationships to amplify the brand messaging and ensure that the company is at the forefront of its industry. 
  • Delivering an exciting digital presence together with the strategy and social media teams, in addition to leveraging paid media. 
  • Completing the roll-out of the brand ID for the public-facing assets. 
  • Ensuring strategic sponsorships with key organisations are delivering visibility and affinity, and adjusting KPIs to maximise where needed
  • Working with other teams to polish and reframe the brand to meet post-pandemic trends and customer expectations. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant marketing experience
  • You’ll be passionate about branding, positioning, affinity and purpose.
  • Experience working across various verticals: media, digital, experiential, PR and culture. 
  • You’ll be excellent at nurturing relationships, both internally and externally, as well as managing stakeholders and delivering impressive results. 
  • Experience in delivering top-level change projects in large organisations is essential. 
  • Confidence in working in a complex, multi-skilled environment and managing analysis, execution, performance and customer needs. 
  • Complete professional fluency in English required.

  • 3 verifiable professional references.
  • Due to the nature of the position, a 5-year background check will also be required for both Irish and non-Irish citizens.
