We are currently looking for a Sr Account Manager to join a passionate and multi-talented team within a creative and digital advertising agency with award-winning campaigns for international and Irish brands. 

They have a strong track record of developing innovative and highly engaging marketing campaigns for an impressive list of National and International companies.

The successful candidate will have hands on experience in digital and creative strategy for clients both B2B and B2C, as well as acting as the main client’s point of contact. This is a role with excellent room for progression. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, and translate them into online objectives, and strategies. 
  • Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital as part of the client strategy.
  • Liaise with the specialist team members to develop and communicate successful strategies across online platforms and establish best-in-class planning templates.
  • Audit and understand client data to determine current online positioning with a view to gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans.
  • Working with website team to ensure customer journeys are clear, consistent, and optimised.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • 3+ years of experience coming from either full service or a social/creative agency. 
  • Hands on experience in Digital Strategy, Social Media Management and Creative Content. 
  • Excellent client management, especially high-profile clients. 
  • Experience across project management, budgeting, briefs, and pitches.
  • Hands-on, driven, with ambition to grow in the company.
