PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading design and production of the company’s digital content to support external communication campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Marketing to create targeted digital marketing programs to drive brand awareness and demand for the company’s products.
  • Owning and executing the overall digital marketing plan and maintaining an engaging brand message throughout.
  • Managing demand generation, including web, SEO/SEM and email campaigns, social media and display advertising.
  • Overseeing and updating all digital channels (including design and user experience).
  • Delivering impactful design that brings the brand and message to life across the entire range of marketing assets – visuals, long-form content, presentations, company blog and landing pages.
  • Designing and producing engaging videos to transmit the client’s brand and product messages.
  • Managing the company website (images, tools, and content) and social media channels for SEO and developing a plan to ensure high visibility and generate inbound leads.
  • Handling HubSpot automation for marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Taking charge of analytical and webmaster tools for reporting. 
  • Developing A/B testing protocols and procedures.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in graphic design or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, either in-house or with an agency.
  • You’ll have a top-notch portfolio of presentation and digital content design experience in both online and traditional channels.
  • Skilled at both long-form and real-time content creation and distribution strategies. 
  • Excellent understanding of how people view and engage with content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video creation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM and marketing databases, as well as email, social media, and display ad campaigns.
  • In terms of technical knowledge, you’ll have knowledge of HTML and CSS and expertise in social media/website metrics and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and A/B or multivariate testing. 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, as well excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’ll be a self-motivated, highly organized individual capable of managing several projects at once.
