What do they need you to do? With the business’s recent expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Account Director to deliver excellent service, great communication and impressive results. This is a position with a lot of responsibility perfect for a confident account director looking to develop their experience in the creative sector.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Taking a lead in clients’ briefs and strategies to provide the best-in-class customer experience and impressive results.   
  • Confidently liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis 
  • Expanding the business by finding opportunities with existing clients. 
  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts.  
  • Negotiating contracts and fees with the rest of the team.  
  • Expertly managing workflow, performance and deliverables with the rest of the team.  
  • Working with your sales and Client Services colleagues to research and generate new accounts. 
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 5+ years of experience working in an international agency environment.   
  • Well-rounded experience across creative and digital departments.  
  • Having previous team management will be a real plus.   
  • Confident dealing with demanding clients on a daily basis.  
  • You’ll have a keen eye for detail and skill working with budgetary restraints. 
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques across all channels.   
  • You’ll also be competent at planning and strategizing at a senior level both internally and externally. 
  • A persuasive and confident approach to conceiving, managing and executive creative projects with consistently excellent results.  
  • In-depth, detailed reporting on campaign performance to senior management is another skill you’ll need.
