What do they need you to do? Guide their marketing and sales strategies, as well as taking charge of their web presence. You’ll be assisting with prestigious events and trade shows, broadening your experience with pre-sales qualifications and developing client relationships – this is a key position in a fast-paced company.

  • Content management: updating and maintaining content and company website, including products, applications, news and recent events.
  • Maintaining company’s marketing library and social media presence.
  • Researching conferences and exhibitions for our client to attend, and event planning for conferences, meetings and industry events – as well as attending them!
  • Working with the sales and marketing team in developing marketing content for trade shows.
  • Assisting the sales and marketing team with pre-sales paperwork, including pre-qualification requirements and monitoring tender portals. 
  • Developing Sales and Marketing plans for client products.
  • Maintaining a customer contract status report to support sales process administration.
  • Coordinating company supplier profile portals.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to assess new growth opportunities and shape sales and marketing strategy.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives based on the previous.  
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Managing the client’s Salesforce databases and managing reporting. 
  • Managing and developing the client’s GDPR compliant mailing list.
  • Acting as a marketing point of contact for the company’s research and development programmes. 


  • 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing position needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing discipline.
  • You’ll be familiar with latest online marketing media trends and tech.
  • Confident IT Skills essential – you’ll be working on many different platforms, and experience with CRMs, Google Analytics and Wordpress will be helpful.
  • You’ll also need to be familiar with Search Engine Marketing concepts and trends.
  • Experience around branding and a creative flair.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a good eye for detail needed. 
  • We need you to have a strong background in market research and knowledge about the air traffic management industry. 
  • We’re also looking for a sociable team member with good communication skills essential.
