I am working with a reputable Irish retail brand that is looking for a Customer Data & Insights Analyst to power their growth with insightful analysis of their customer experience. 

What do they need you to do? Analyse eCommerce, omnichannel and customer data and recommend strategies for consolidation and growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysing eCommerce, omnichannel and customer data to find areas of growth
  • Managing company reporting and performance to drive strategic decisions 
  • Defining customer personas for business intelligence and marketing opportunities, as well as identifying gaps in customer offer or experience
  • Interpreting broad coverage data to identify growth and improvement opportunities, in addition to business risks
  • Creating customer product profiles via data reporting and analysis from various sources
  • Preparing product preference data per customer segment to create bespoke offers 
  • Deploying customer segments to target with advertising (personalised, display and remarketing) and email marketing based on buying behaviours, loyalty and retail interests

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Retail/eCommerce customer insight or data analysis experience essential
  • Know-how around customer segment recency, KPIs and frequency
  • Experience in creating customer attributes and customer targeting with offers and promotions 
  • Heavy focus on data, sourcing, research, analysis and reporting – our raw data needs turning into actionable insights
  • SQL database experience necessary, along with familiarity with R, SAS or SPSS etc.
  • Experience with data analysis for BI and dashboards to present data for business environment and data specialism needs
  • Analysis of direct marketing campaign extracts would be a useful extra
