We are currently working with a leading Sports Full-Service Marketing Agency based in Dublin who are currently seeing exponential growth and are therefore looking to hire a Web Analytics & CRO Lead to join their digital team. 

The successful candidate will act as a consultant to their main clients, pitching ideas and implementing new strategies to improve the customer journey, web traffic, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deploy website A/B tests and optimization experiments via tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, HotJar, CrazyEgg, Lucky Orange.
  • Executes website CRO funnel analysis: unique traffic rate, bounce rate, average time of site, average pages viewed, page behavior flow and exit page drop off, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor
  • Live website QA, debugging, and page flow analysis
  • Report on data from Marketing, CRO test log, and communicates results. Conversion rate optimization is a primary KPI
  • Assist Marketing department in achieving revenue growth targets and brand visibility
  • Guide clients on best practices for user journey conversion rate optimisation, based on data and
  • testing where required · Participating in the execution of UX-CX projects by performing the following tasks: project focus, control of the progress degree, customer expectations’ management, managing and resolving conflicts and deviations, managing suppliers and controlling projects’ profitability.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Web Analytics tools and strategy
  • A passion for sports and/or the business of sport is a big bonus
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Commercial experience in using A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • UX-CX experience and knowledge 
  • Experience in conversion optimization strategy
  • Excellent communication skills
