Digital Marketing Executive

I'm currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for an extremely successful business in the real estate industry,

The successful applicant for this role will be tasked with planning, executing, monitoring and optimising their marketing campaigns across all of their digital channels.


  • Managing campaigns across the website, SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media and Display
  • Developing a plan to increase traffic to the website and reach KPI's
  • Increasing the company's presence across the social channels
  • Creating reports on all of the digital campaigns
  • Measuring campaigns and engagements by defining the metrics and ensuring KPI's are hit
  • Developing and implementing campaigns across Google Ads & Facebook, from end to end, including budget management
  • Optimizing campaigns based on the performance & data insights
  • Managing the CMS for the website and social channels via the CMS
  • Creating content around their markets to position the business as the thought leaders of their industry
  • Staying up to date with the latest trend and emerging platforms
  • Advising & working with other departments & teams, to identify the channels to fit the audiences
  • Keeping an eye on possible partnership and promotional opportunities
  • Be the point of contact on technical web queries and ensure they are resolved


  • Degree or postgrad in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or another relevant areas
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, PR, communications
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create compelling content
  • MS Office skills, Power Point in particular
  • Ability to work with a highly skilled team
  • Experienced creating paid campaigns, from concept to reports
  • HTML, CSS and CMS skills
  • Knowledge of latest SEO strategies
  • Experience in a digital agency would be an advantage
