We are currently working with a digital entertainment company, offering the very best in e-Commerce practices within the gaming sector. They are one of the few operators that uses their own platform, which allows them to be innovative and extremely agile. Their goal is to become the leading digital entertainment company in Western Europe.


They are looking for an experienced SCRUM MASTER to join their team.

They need a knowledgeable and enthusiastic person who has deep experience of working within a pure SCRUM environment. They are looking for someone who understands the reasons why they work in an agile way rather than just an implementer of the theory.

You will facilitate the agile process for development teams, enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines.

You will coach the Scrum Teams to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable and comfortable pace and also coach them to collaborate effectively and organise their work successfully to ensure they make realistic commitments and create reliable product increments.

You will remove the impediments for the team and guide them on how to do it. You will build a trusting and safe environment where raising problems and issues is encouraged
You will organize and facilitate the various meetings within the scrum framework

You will communicate project status and release progress to stakeholder, assisting with internal and external communications and improving transparency

Skills and experience required:

  • 4+ years Scrum Master experience in a Software development environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Top skills and knowledge in the areas of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland
