Senior Web Developer

Our client is a leader in online education and are currently enjoying massive growth in the market.

They are looking to hire a talented Web Software Developer who will be involved in the building of their own platform, features and contributing to their success journey with new tech research and development, study and deployment.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team and a be a part of a rewarding venture in a fast paced and innovative environment in their city centre office.

The right applicant for this role will have a passion for interacting with back end specialists

What they are looking for

- Great front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JQUERY, JavaScript Front end Libraries and Frameworks

- Either good knowledge of Ruby or solid knowledge of another object-oriented language (Java, C++, etc…) and confidence + the willingness to learn Ruby to work with their platform

- Applicants should be proficient with SQL Database experience (MySQL or PostGresSQL), and should have a solid 3+ years of commercial experience building complex and highly scalable websites or software utilising excellent problem-solving skills
