CRM Campaign Manager

A rapidly growing entertainment business are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to develop, plan, implement and deliver their CRM strategy from the head office in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CRM Systems, assisting with the customer relation strategy, and planning customer communications based on the data and analysis
  • Implementing customer service that ensure the members are valued and entertained
  • Liaising with the Venue Managers to ensure promotions are optimized and to encourage a high performance culture
  • Liaising with Marketing & Operations, to optimise the execution of campaigns
  • Setting up the tracking, monitoring and generating performance reports of past and current campaigns
  • Delivering insights, and leading with data analysis based decisions, to increase engagement, loyalty and attendance to the venues
  • Managing the campaign budgets
  • Building and implementing the company's annual promotional plan
  • Ensuring compliance and company guidelines are abide with
  • Identifying pain points that can be optimised, across the business systems, processes, and channels

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years' of experience in CRM, experience with Orion and Maxim are an advantage
  • Ability to develop efficiency with operational processes
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Experience identifying & testing opportunities and audiences
  • Knowledge of user experience & customer journey is essential
  • Excellent prioritization skills
