Customer Journey Specialist

I am currently working with a Financial business who have been providing a fantastic service to their customers for more than 20 years.

They are currently looking to appoint a Customer Journey Specialist to join their commercial team and assist in driving business growth.


  • Manage all spectrum of conversion optimisation from testing, optimisation, implementation of conversion points across acquisition funnel
  • Analyse customer journey and identify and improve pain points
  • Working towards all aspects of improving and enhancing customer journey to achieve maximum customer acquisition results
  • Manage landing page optimisation, calls to action and lead generation
  • Manage A/B testing and performance measurement of the landing pages
  • Collaborate with brand communication and fictional process and content team in order optimise each conversion path
  • Work closely with operational teams in order to implement conversion tools, changes related to customer journey and engagement across multiple tools and platforms
  • Manage digital projects on behalf of commercial team
  • Act as support to new digital initiatives and analysis


  • 3 years of experience in digital data analysis
  • Previous experience across web analytics, customer journey, A/B testing, UC and acquisition optimisation methods
  • Knowledge of growth hacking, experience in running multiple projects and test in the customer acquisition space is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to details and time management skills
  • Multitasker with ability to deliver mission critical projects
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent data analysis and data presentation skills
  • Experience in improving processes and business change is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in financial services sector is desirable but not essential
