Client Services Manager
Our client is one of the top Promotional companies in Ireland.
They work with most of the major Irish brands across different industries such as Retail, Banking, Utilities, Telecom, etc.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Client Services Manager. The successful applicant for this role will be tasked with managing and developing a key client portfolio of existing brands, and also contribute to the ongoing development of the Agency.
This role represents a great opportunity for a Client Services Manager to work closely with several top Irish brands - being the main point of contact, and maintaining and developing strong & long-term relationships.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Make sure your clients benefit from all the services of the Agency
- Be the main point of contact for all clients that require Loyalty / Promotional Strategies
- Take initiatives and generate fresh ideas for all your clients in order to help them reach KPIs and reach new audiences
- Coordinate all business activities, supervising their delivery and making sure all deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
- Manage and adjust budgets when needed
- Analyse results and performance
- Publish frequent reports internally and to clients
- Participate in new business pitches
- 3+ years' experience in Client service role (ex: Account Manager) ideally within a Marketing Agency
- Excellent knowledge of BTL Marketing especially Promotional Marketing, Retail Marketing, Loyalty Scheme, Consumer engagement, etc.
- Team Management: proven experience managing at least 1 or 2 direct reports
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Commercially savvy
- Strong Negotiator
