I'm currently representing a global visual communication provider which is looking for a customer focused Account Manager to deliver against agreed SLA's and KIP's at all times. Managing end-to-end projects, ensuring they are precisely moving through the business to provide client satisfaction. This professional will be pro-active in the approach towards the client, helping them and the account tem to meet all business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Managing the end-to-end projects, being focused on details, as well as client's requirements and company's business needs.
  • Taking briefs from the Account Director and/or client, ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
  • Utilising the company's system to log campaigns and ensure that accurate briefs are passed into the product team.
  • Positive "can do" attitude, managing client's expectations when required and aim to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a close and healthy relationship with the production team.
  • Take full responsibility for planning and briefing projects as requested by the client or Account Director.
  • Produce case studies, PIR's and competitor's research relevant to the client.
  • Seeks cost saving and innovation opportunities and provide to the Account Director.
  • Managing library stocks.
  • Looking after administrative paperwork regarding clients.
  • Keep the database updated with client's information.
  • Involved in the creation of reports.
