Salary & Benefits: up to 75k
Location: Dublin - City Centre.

I'm currently representing a Global IT Services Company, considered the most sustainable corporation in the world, with a presence in more than 20 countries including, North America, Latam, Europe, Middle East, and ASIA pacific.
The Opportunity
- Organise and facilitate standard Scrum Ceremonies (including the full cycle).
- Will be focusing on Mobile Apps.
- Coaching various global teams, based in different countries.
- Working directly with application services lines, covering different sectors.
- Sharing insights with stakeholders in order to guarantee the quality of the delivering services.
- Focused on internal projects, sharing strong knowledge of team/people management.
- Will be involved with Agile communities.
- Facilitate resolution of issues that arise.
- Coach the Team in the Agile approach and Framework.
- Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Create and Close Sprints in Jira.
- Create Agile reports from Jira (Filters, Dashboards etc).
- Attend Scrum-of-Scrum ceremonies.
The Person
- Must be currently practicing Scrum Master Methodology.
- Experience in Mobile Apps is essential.
- Working in a (company-wide) hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Jira, raising stories, setting up sprint, backlogs, dashboards and reports.
- Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a virtual, geographically dispersed team environment.
