Others promise to deliver candidates on the agency side of our business but the reality is that they can't deliver. Prosperity seem to be to have the niche in terms of the quality of candidates who are capable of working in an agency. Proactivity is a huge skill they have, meaningful proactivity - not just a list or a book of "all we currently have" but selective candidates that you know you are going to want to see. We recently interviewed 3 account managers and the reality is we could have hired all 3, such was their quality. Try getting that elsewhere!
