Cable TV and broadband provider, Chorus ntl, today said it is creating 50 new jobs in its National Contact Management Centre in Limerick. ver three hundred staff are located at its office in Limerick Enterprise Development Park (LEDP) and profiles range from customer support, sales, finance, human resources and technical support. "This is a great start to the year for Limerick and Chorus ntl. Creating fifty positions in our National Contact Management Centre will support existing staff and help the company further to improve our overall customer service. We welcomed eleven staff as customer support agents in November 2009, twenty seven commenced work on Monday of this week and we expect the final number to come on board over the summer months," said Robert Dunn, CEO of Chorus ntl.
