We are looking for a Digital Brand Manager for one of the biggest healthcare players in the Irish market. The chosen candidate will oversee digital and social media strategies, content creation, and campaigns across the business 

With 2-4 years of experience in digital and social leadership, they will possess deep industry knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, execution, and evaluation. Collaborating closely with existing Brand Managers and the Conversion Optimization lead, they will ensure digital excellence by communicating the brand story across various digital channels, including social media platforms, display, and digital partnerships.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive digital and social media advertising strategy across online channels including all social platforms, online display, and digital partnerships to meet brand objectives and business goals.
  • Lead digital-first advertising campaigns, ensuring the organisation’s consistent presence across all digital touchpoints and formats to drive engagement.
  • Evolve and execute social media strategies, enhancing brand visibility and engagement, while converting content marketing journeys into online leads and sales.
  • Identify and maximize conversion moments and lead generation opportunities through effective remarketing techniques.
  • Utilize tracking, measurement, and digital attribution methods to set KPIs and analyze campaign results.
  • Stay updated on consumer, competitor, and digital landscapes to continuously inform strategic direction and enhance online presence.
  • Research social media trends and design tools, providing industry knowledge and recommendations.
  • Oversee social media accounts, engaging with comments and boosting the brand online while supporting exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Conversion Optimization Specialist to track online campaign performance.
  • Set stretch KPIs for digital and social media campaigns, analyzing and reporting on content success to inform future strategies.
  • Effectively communicate digital and social media best practices, emerging trends, and campaign effectiveness internally. 

Requirements 

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and branding.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media, community building, or other relevant digital roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop top-notch social media strategies that meet objectives.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
  • SEO experience and proficiency in performance content.
  • Experience in tracking, measurement, digital attribution, and setting KPIs for campaign evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to brand and format standards.
  • Creative mindset for delivering engaging digital content aligned with brand goals.
  • You are a great communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and partners alike.
  • Bonus: Experience with health and/or sponsorship content.
  • Bonus: Experience in a regulated environment.
