Field Training Manager

My client is a skin care and nutrition company in the market for over 15 years now. Their products are sold globally through their network of Independent Distributors. They are willing to double their size this year by expanding the team in Dublin's office. The successful candidate is experienced developing Global training programmes, preferably in the direct selling industry.

Location: Dublin city centre

Salary: negotiable + bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development global training programmes across different regions and countries, adjust to different demographics and cultures
  • Creating training programmes for each field segment: Newbies, Emerging, Leaders
  • Developing the strategy and overseeing training results, rather than delivering
  • Manage all aspects of field training analysis: objective, creative briefs, ROI, deliverables, followed by training review on program success
  • Create training programs to support and drive Field Strategy initiatives for both field and regionals
  • Adapting content and collaborating with innovative ideas for various trainings on different platforms
  • Maintain communication and build relationships with regional team globally to understand needs and improve training support of regions
  • Oversee content development and delivery for field training curriculum and corporate events
  • Researching new trends and evaluate effectiveness of training tools, working on opportunities, challenges, and risks that field is facing

Required Skills and Competencies

  • At least 5 years' experience in creating successful training material to inspire independent sales force and drive sales
  • Be able to travel throughout Europe, Australia and Canada (+/-50% of the time)
  • Fluency in French would be beneficial
  • Experience in the direct selling industry
  • Proven track record of successful training delivery
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline desirable
  • Great presentation and communication skills
