They now have an exciting opening for a successful and highly accomplished Digital Manager to define the company vision and lead the digital delivery.
You will develop and refine the digital vision and communicate it across all teams within the company.
You will manage a cross functional team of designers, developers and testers ensuring top quality deliverables.
You will manage all ongoing issues, performance and reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for the design, delivery and measurement of first rate digital customer experience.
You will help define the strategic digital roadmap and you will ensure that all digital work is delivered to support business and customer outcomes
You need to have strong team management experience for this role as well as project/program management experience on digital transformation projects
Skills and experience required:
* minimum 8 years of relevant experience
* excellent experience with digital strategy design and implementation
* experience delivering top customer experience
* ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Agile and continuous delivery experience
* knowledge of marketing strategy, customer insights, analytics, segmentation and end to end value management is highly desirable
