One of Ireland’s most exciting and fast-paced integrated digital agencies is seeking a professional digital account manager to join their growing team. With full capabilities in-house, They ensure that digital marketing is rightfully placed at the forefront of brand campaigns. Through this growth and determination, we welcome on their behalf, suitably experienced and commercially-driven applicants for the role of Account Manager.
 
The account manager will perform within an existing department of digital client services personnel managing accounts and campaigns for an array of Irish and International blue-chip and FMCG clients. With all-services and disciplines in-house, you will have the determination to deliver world-class results as well as the desire to investigate new opportunities on behalf of (and with) their ever-growing client base.


Your expected areas of expertise and core competencies will include, but not limited to:

ONLINE MEDIA CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Thorough and detailed experience in online display advertising.

To include the management of full media-suite planning (banner/sky/MPU et al). Bespoke format/integration management experience a must.
 

Digital Media Planning and full exposure to the buying process and with various mainstream Irish media providers.

Full understanding of all campaign monitors such as PPC, CPM, CTR etc including industry norms and averages.
 

Ad-serving.

A full understanding of the ad-serving environment is an absolute requirement.
The successful candidate will have experience on at least one (preferably all) mainstream ad-serving clients (AdTech/Double-Click DFA etc).
 
WEBSITE BUILD MANAGEMENT
The successful candidate will be comfortable and experienced in liaising with multiple clients on website requirements in order to provide detailed briefs that adhere to world-class user journey-focused IA, WC3 web compliant standards and full accessibility guidelines.
Areas will include, but are not limited to:
 

Website planning in-line with individual, specific client requirements (solution-focused rather than client-prescribed).

The ability to brief technical and creative teams in a concise and thorough manner.

The ability to strategically deliver modules for existing website that perform within existing site parameters.

Provide clients with usability audits and recommendations in a structured and logical manner.


The successful candidate will be comfortable with wire-framing tools, client-led KPI standards and thorough QA testing procedures.
 
eRM

The successful candidate will have produced a number of EDM campaigns (ideally for FMCG clients) and have a full understanding of compliances and procedures in achieving same.
Areas will include, but are not limited to:
 

Directing design teams in building templates and solus emails within global design principles to maximise CTR and minimise restrictions at popular email-clients.

The candidate will understand standard reporting terminology and tracking formats and be willing to give personal analysis on same.


SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMERGING TREND TECHNOLOGIES

The ideal candidate will have both personal and professional exposure to social networks and social media marketing.

The involvement of managing Facebook and Twitter (design-side) will be a distinct advantage where the understanding of both consumer attitudes and technical possibilities are considered a given.
 

Understanding of how emerging technologies such as AR, Platform Applications, API Keys and QT tags will be required and a constant drive to evaluate and participate in emerging technologies comes with the territory.


Passionate about producing results that outperform industry standards through the most efficient means possible is all important.
You will be akin to managing project budgets and understand the importance of relationships between agencies, suppliers and clients.
 
A commercial, project-management or media qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
