Sales Manager

Sales Managers jobs require an in depth understanding of the sales process and of how to manage and motivate a team of sales agents to drive revenue for the company. Without a sales team there is no company. Sales are the most important aspect of any business, more so than product, customer service, or any other processes or procedures of the company. Therefore the sales manager is a key individual in any company, media or otherwise.
A sales manager must exhibit good management skills – he/she must be able to set attainable targets and supervise and motivate sales agents in such a way that those targets will be attained and exceeded. This can be done through close monitoring, training and incentivising (Bonuses and Commission structures).
A Sales Manager should be able to think strategically, and be able to convey his or her strategies clearly in sales meetings. If required, a sales manager will lead from the front, and will generally have a strong sales pedigree.
Salaries for Sales Managers usually range between EUR 35,000 and EUR 50,000 per annum. Top earners in this field can earn anything up to EUR 130,000
