The role of the Sales / Commercial Director is to lead the sales force within the FMCG sector with a primary focus on achieving volume and value growth and increase branded market shares in line with company profitability objectives. Other responsibilities include sttaff development, customer relationships, trading terms, and category management.
The National Sales Manager’s role is to oversee national sales activities in order to achieve all business sales, volume, profit and market share objectives.
The role of the International Sales Manager is to oversee the export function of his / her company, which will include the business development and marketing plans for target overseas markets.
The National Business Manager will take care of the development, implementation and execution of a company’s strategy at a national level across a group of nationally based accounts or across a range of categories.
The National Account Manager is tasked with managing the relationship with certain key national accounts, and with ensuring that the company attains maximum brand exposure and yield from all promotional expenditure and all business activities.
The Field Sales Manager is required to directs the activities of a Field Sales Team within a defined territory to achieve pre-defined sales targets.

The Customer Services Manager is tasked with identifying areas within the company that require specific consumer focus and also with ensuring that high standards of consumer satisfaction are maintained.
The Account Manager is required to manage major account clients and achieve budget objectives for sales volume and profit contribution of product lines.
The role of the Sales Administration Manager is to oversee the administration of all sales operations and all procedures required to support field sales activities.
A Merchandiser will manage and maintain stock and display levels at retail outlets while also building and maintaining good working relationships with company clients.
The Trade Marketing Assistant will provide support in the development and implementation of trade marketing activities in order to maximise sales and market share in line with all sales and marketing strategies.
