Marketing Director Jobs (FMCG)


This is the most senior Marketing role in the FMCG Sector; the activities in this role would be to plan the entire marketing strategy with the company in order to achieve company sales/profitability and to meet all of the company's objectives. Generally the Marketing Director would have at least 10 years FMCG marketing experience, and would have strong experience in the creative and production process, design and implementation, research and development. This role would also require strong financial skills and an understanding of the commercial side to the company's business in relation to marketing budgets and how they fit in with the overall outlook of the company.

Marketing Assistant


The role of marketing assistant is usually an entry level role into the FMCG and is generally suitable for grads or people with minmal marketing experience. This type of role is a mix of market research and liaison with the marketing department in assisting with the implementation of the marketing strategy. The role of marketing assistant requires good relationship skills and good computer skills.

The market researcher would play an important role within the organization - this role involves researching the market in relation to opportunities for the company, potential competitors and also to research and review the company's marketing strategy and its effectiveness. A marketing research role requires strong organizational skills and an aptitude for analyzing data and reporting this to other members of the marketing and sales teams

A brand manager manages and implements marketing strategies for a defined brand or a group of products. Strong communications internally within the organization and externally within agencies is a requirement for this type of role, and also the ability to realise marketing strategies for a brand to ensure that all marketing and sales objectives are achieved. Required marketing experience would range from 3 to 5 years

Product Manager / Specialist Jobs

A product manager designs and implements marketing programs for an assigned product range set by the marketing manager. This type of role requires a strong understanding of product marketing and good experience in managing the marketing of a product and liaising within teams and external communications agencies ATL/BTL*. This type of role generally requires 4-6 years experience in marketing and strong experience in development in relation to products etc. *(ATL: Above the line - Example. Print, Radio, TV etc. BTL: Below the line - Sales Promotion, giveaways, sampling, fliers etc.)
