We are looking for a Paid Search Account Manager for a multi award-winning Digital Marketing agency based in Dublin.

 The ideal candidate should have the capability to acquire a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and identify how we can utilize paid search to help them in growing. Proficiency in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is crucial for this role. 

 This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our client’s Dublin office.

 Responsibilities 

  •  Develop strong client relationships and oversee the creation and execution of high-performance paid search campaigns.
  • Utilize deep understanding of clients’ businesses to identify opportunities for growth through paid search.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through paid search strategies and results.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads through hands-on campaign management and optimization.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects efficiently, leveraging exceptional time management skills. 

 Requirements 

  •  3+ year paid search account management experience as well as most of the following 
  • You have a track record of designing, executing and managing large paid search accounts.
  • Experience in industries such as SaaS, Travel, Finance and retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills are key for the role.
  • Great understanding of digital marketing at a hands-on level as well as strategic.
  • Proven winning work abilities and proposal/pitch development.
  • You can easily translate data into compelling client opportunities.
  • You are a problem-solver with strong analytical and strategic abilities. 

 Good to have: 

  •  Good knowledge of SEO and Paid Social 
  • Experience of using shopping feeds  
  • Knowledge of Google suite of tools, such as Google Tag Manager, or Looker.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics.  
  • Mastery in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Fluency in an additional language
